Welcome to AJ's Laundry Star! We are a family-owned laundromat in Las Vegas. We have been offering laundry near Las Vegas for about 7 years now. Other than 26 washers and 32 dryers for self-service, we also offer wash and fold near Henderson, and laundry pickup and delivery services. AJ's Laundry Star is proud to be the only coin laundromat in Las Vegas to offer medical-grade Ozone/UV sanitization within all of our Electrolux cold washing cycles. This means each time you use our washeteria in Las Vegas, your clothes will be purged of 99.99% pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and COVID-19. Our coin laundry near Las Vegas is located near the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

A Little About Us

Our family established AJ's Laundry Star in August 2018 when we felt that Las Vegas lacked a laundry center that promised safety, cleanliness, and excellent services. We took it upon ourselves to open up a location that would have everything a person could ask for: professionalism, proficiency, and promise for safety. Understandably, no one wants to have to go somewhere to wash their clothes, but if they do then AJ's Laundry Star makes sure that it will be a positive experience.

Located at the intersection of McLeod and Desert Inn, AJ's Laundry Star is placed near the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. We offer a number of amenities including free guest Wi-Fi, vending machines, an ATM, and various TV's showing the news, music, and more. Our attendants abide by our key value of providing excellent help served with a smile.

First time comer and this place is awesome! It's all quarter based, they have small to large machines, great customer service, everything I was hoping for as someone who's never been been to a laundromat. My washer has broken and I've been using my mother's, and now hers has given out. I came here based off of the reviews and was not disappointed. The worker noticed I had no clue what I was doing and explained everything to me (even though there is a sign I could have just read). $6 for my huge load (would have been at least 3 loads in a regular washer) and then .25 to dry it all. There's room to sort and fold your clothes and the place is nice and tidy. They have vending machines with drinks and snacks which are fully stocked with the best snackaroos! The lady worker gave me a punch card where my 11th wash will be free. I definitely liked this place and would recommend to anyone who needs somewhere to wash their clothes.

Laundromats are typically a dime a dozen. But this place is worth driving a few extra miles to do laundry. Very clean, all machines are brand new, fast Wi-Fi, and they even offer free detergent if you need it. There is "happy hour" in the mornings when the huge washers that normally are $6 or $7 per load are discounted to $4.50 or something like that.

The thing that really separates this place from other laundromats is the owner. He goes out of his way to make your experience smooth and you can tell he truly cares about his customers and his business. Nice guy who epitomizes the idea that consumers will pay more, travel further, etc. if the customer service is great. AJ's has earned a permanent customer in me.
